Prior to coaching, Stephen served as CEO of Leonard Group, Inc., where he led the transformation of a boutique brand into an 8 figure enterprise. He’s also spent more than 15 years in church leadership roles, giving him a unique ability to coach leaders who operate at the intersection of mission, culture, and performance.
