Steve brings over 15 years of real-world leadership experience, spanning retail management, project management, vocational ministry, and financial advisory, before stepping fully into executive performance coaching. Across every season, Steve has led teams, drove complex initiatives, and walked closely with people through pivotal decisions and life transitions.

Those experiences fundamentally shaped how Steve sees people and performance. He believes that when individuals gain true clarity about how they are showing up, they consistently unlock far more than they ever imagined was possible.

Steve brings this conviction into every coaching engagement, helping clients cut through the noise, reconnect to what matters most, and intentionally design the future they want. He works courageously with clients in the gap between where they are and where they are determined to go.

Steve lives in Kelowna, British Columbia with his wife Kristen and their two children. When he’s not coaching clients or cheering from the sidelines at his kids’ games, you’ll find the whole family taking full advantage of everything the Okanagan’s four-season playground has to offer.
